Start your Sunday with intention in this uplifting, heart-opening Vinyasa practice.
HeartRise is a soulful, intimate experience designed to awaken your body, elevate your energy, and bring you into alignment — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
We'll open our practise with guided Journaling to connect with the heart, reflect and honour your relationship with yourself.
We’ll flow through a mindful, breath-led sequence that builds strength and opens the heart space, with pauses for grounding breathwork to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect within.
We will close in a guided self love mediation to integrate and soften.
With space to move, breathe, and be fully present, you’ll leave feeling light, centered, and deeply renewed — ready to step into your week with clarity and calm confidence.

A welcoming introduction to vinyasa yoga designed to build confidence from the ground up.
In this class, we focus on the foundations of breath, alignment and key postures within a vinyasa flow. Each week we gently build on what you've learned. Layering movements and transitions so your practise grows naturally and sustainably.
Perfect for beginners or anyone to wanting to revist the basics in a supportive, grounded environment.

Chill Yoga Flow – Post Run Reset
Join us for a gentle, grounding yoga session designed to help the body slow down and restore. While this class is a beautiful way for our Old Bank Run Club runners to unwind after their run, it’s open to absolutely everyone — no running required.
This class blends yin-style holds with soft, mindful movement, creating space to release tension, lengthen tired muscles, and reconnect with your breath. Expect a calm, candle-lit atmosphere where we move slowly, stretch deeply, and allow the body to soften.
Whether you’re coming straight from the run, finishing a long day, or simply looking for a peaceful moment to reset, this is your time to arrive, breathe, and restore.

As the sun begins to set, you’re invited to step away from the noise and into the stillness of the woods.
This is a gentle, grounding evening designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect — with yourself and with others.
We’ll begin with a slow, mindful yoga flow to release tension from the body, before settling into a deeply restorative yoga nidra, guiding you into complete rest.
From there, you’ll be invited to move through the elements — warming in the sauna, awakening the body with the ice bath, and finding your own rhythm between heat and cold.
We’ll close the evening with tea, connection, and quiet conversation as the light fades through the trees.
This is your space to unwind, to breathe, and to simply be.
No pressure, no expectations — just an opportunity to arrive exactly as you are.

Ignite + Restore day retreat
Join us for an afternoon designed to energise the body and deeply restore the mind.
We begin by gathering in circle with a cacao ceremony, creating a space to slow down, connect, and set an intention for the experience ahead.
From there we move into an energising Power Yoga flow — a dynamic practice designed to build strength, open the body, and awaken your inner fire.
After movement, we shift into restoration through a guided sauna and ice bath experience, using breath and heat to help the body release tension and reset the nervous system.
We close the afternoon with meditation and sweet nourishment, allowing time to integrate the practice, relax, and connect.
Expect an experience that leaves you feeling strong, clear, grounded, and restored.
