Yoga found me before I fully understood what I was looking for. What began as movement evolved into a philosophy – a way of living, breathing, and relating to the world.

After completing my 200-hour teacher training in beautiful Bali, I felt called to share yoga in its fuller expression – not just as a workout, but as a practice rooted in presence, self-study, and inner alignment.

AwakenandAlign reflects this intention: To awaken awareness. To align body, breath, and belief. To practice yoga as more than movement – but as a way to come home to yourself.

At Awaken & Align, each class is intentionally crafted to meet you exactly where you are. Through breath-led movement and subtle philosophy, we guide you toward a deeper inner connection — even within the pace of everyday life.
